Hey guys. I've been dieting for about 3 months now and have lost 30 pounds. I've got about 10 more pounds to lose to be "Skinny" im your average joe right now. I want to pack on some muscle while losing though. I only eat like 1000 calories a day do to my height and weight. I dont eat any supplements or have any protein bars or shakes. I want to gain some muscle by just doing my daily stuff. Will working out give me more muscle WHILE im trying to lose fat as well?
