Gained 5kg in 4days?

Came back from a business trip and now I am 73kg?!

I ate a bit more in breakfast, bacon, toast, cereals, orange juice, eggs.
Had that for 4 days in a row.

Lunch and dinner was like a usual standard meal.

Only had one crepes as a dessert. I hardly eat any sweets.

Had at least 1 beer a night.

Came back and started skipping and jogging, today I am about 71.5kg

It is so amazing how people can put on weight in few days.

I still can't really have a good eating routine.... I do look a bit chubby than before when I was in shape.

I find when i don't pay attention, it's super easy to add on weight - especially when travelling (it's tough to keep up a regular routine on the road)- some of it might simply be water weight - as restaurant food has a lot more salt than home cooking does...

sounds like you're back in your routine again.

As a sales rep, I would always be on the field meeting clients, I could only eat whatever that is available nearby.

Today I felt a bit guilty having a huge chicken schnizel roll...

down to 69.5 right now... more jogging and skipping.

gogogo! 5.5kgs to go!
 
sounds good mate.. just remembers that a kilo a week is what you should aim for. Anything more than that will most probably be mosre water loss than usual (which you will only put back on when you consume water) and also muscle loss - and that is a BAD thing believe me... ;)
