g of protein PER HOUR??

iv heard that your baody can only absob about 25g of protein per 4 hours. now this is probably for an average adult (not lifting etc), so im asuming its a little higher for youth or athetes/weight lifters. but do you know what it is, or if its even true?
 
I am not sure about per hour, but I have heard that 25-30 grams per meal is about the limit for the average person. This may be different for those who are training intensively and have slowly trained themselves to absorb more protien by gradually upping the amount per sitting....

But I am not really sure. I personally aim for 25-30 per meal.
 
i more or less just take my total protein and divide that by 6 meals and try to eat that amount in each meal.

so 200 grams of protein divided by 6 meals a day would be 33 grams per meal
