Whenever someone touts the merits of the prowler I kind of shrug and push a truck instead. I used to really want one, but even an "econo" prowler from elitefts is big bucks. Seriously, though. Go push your car up and down the street until you puke, and there is your prowler.
 
Strength and Power from the ironaddicts forums makes a foldable one. Its cheaper then the elite one also.

Or you can just find a welder and have them make you something similar.
