about 1-2 hours a day.

2 days on one day off
since i was 16 except when I was pregnant , heavier lifting since Dec
try to kkep it around 1 hour and not much over that
just one??? hmmm hard to choose between butt, abs and arms!!

How Long a day do you workout: 2 hours 30 mins weights 60 mins cardio and ofcorse strechting so about 2 hours

depends on the time of the year. sometimes 3 times a week, sometimes 12 times a week (twice a day ;))

first started in 1992. trained for 3 years with nothing to show for it, then quit for a year. started again and trained for 3 years then stopped again for 6 months. but have been going ever since.

no more than 60 minutes

none really. i train the whole body, not body parts
