Good post & thanks for sharing valuable information. It is not necessary that you should join gym or aerobics class for weight loss. you can do exercise at your own ways do skipping, jogging , power yoga, dance, aerobics etc. Here so many ways for losing your weight easily but don't skip, do exercise daily.
 
Interesting article. these exercises are quite easy and we follow these tips in our daily routine. I think walk and Frisbee is more useful exercises.
