full Zercher lift form

any tips on how to hold the bar safely? im not really concerned with whether or not its comfortable. but the safest way?

what about the full zercher lift from the ground. are you supposed to deadlift it and take the grip with the elbows outside the knees...or the zercher elbow hold with elbows inside the knees?

anyone have experience with these?

these just look badass. probably want to try them out just for fun(...lol)
 
I've never actually done any serious zercher lifting. Most people I've seen doing it from the floor have done it with elbows between the knees and with a pretty wide stance, like a sumo deadlift. However, I've never seen anyone being able to zercher anything off the ground without flexing the lower back.
