Hi! I need help! I am a mother of 3. I have a 10yo, 6yo, and 2yo. I have a full time desk job so I sit for about 8 hours a day. This has taken a toll on my body and I'm miserable. After trying everything i can think of, which includes standing at my desk, take walks around the building, join a gym and work out on my lunch break, work out when i get home or after the kids go to bed, wake up early in the morning and work out before work, stop eating altogether, etc. I Figured i needed a new job. I mean, i wotked as a bank teller for 3 years and weighed about 110 lbs at 5'2. Im now at 165 lbs after having had a baby 2 years ago. I can't lose the baby weight!! I've always been petite! The problem with everything I tried is that my problem really boils down to lack of time. I have no time to exercise, which I hate bc I'm an active person! I've always loved to exercise....still do just don't have the time. I don't love my job so I've decided to go back to school (bc if I just try to find a new job id have to take a significant pay cut!) I need to know if there's anything out there that really works. I need a pill or something that I can take until I finish school and get a new job. I cannot just accept being this big! I know its far fetched but I need a pill that will burn my fat without exercise.

I hear ya! I only have two kids, but work 2 jobs. I wish I knew some magic solution. I too am exploring other career choices. But the lower wage and less time is not appealing. Keep at it. It will happen with your determination.

southerngal,

Your story is tough and I feel for ya. As ijustwannabefit pointed out though, I don't know if there's a "magic pill" that will help you. The back-story you gave us outlined your efforts in trying "everything" to remedy your health concern given your current conditions, but you didn't really state whether you tried a weight-loss program before. I know google is filled with that kinda stuff and the options may be overwhelming, but have you searched this forum for a weight-management solution/program others have had success with?

I know this isn't really the answer you're looking for, so I apologize in advance. I'm currently trying a program that I've seen friends of mine have great success with, but it requires more than just taking stuff. I view it as more of a kick-start to a healthier lifestyle and I'm having a good time with it. I wish I could relate to you more physically, since I'm a 5'10" guy @ 185 and 33" waist... but I will admit that I have noticed good things thus far, so there's always a solution to be had!

Sorry I couldn't be more help and I wish you the best of luck! :)
