Full Body Workout

I've got cardio doown but if you read my post in the youth development forum you'll notice I need some strength training. I have no equipment whatsoever so I'd like a full body workout to help reach my goals. Back to normal from broken arm and better+bigger. I f you guys could post workouts for what part of the body and how to help me organize a routine that would be perfect.

You should search the stickies but just to start you off, before you do anything you need to get your diet right.

Squats, press ups, crunches and dips are a must.

I think I've got my diet down. I've replaced some of the commonly eaten/drank bad stuff. Specifics are in my other post.
Now I'd like to get my arm back in shape before anything.
I thing maybe 25 pushups a day for 2 weeks should give some strength, enough to begin. For when I actually get into a routine I'd like to have a list of bodyweight (no weights or equipment) excercises to choose from to change the routine every once in a while.
Kind of like this:
Arms:
1.pushups
2._______
3._______
4._______
5._______
6._______
7._______
8._______
9._______
10._______
Chest:
1.pushups
2._______
3._______
4._______
5._______
Back:
1._______
2._______
3._______
4._______
5._______
6._______
7._______
8._______
9._______
10._______
Stomach/core/abs:
1.Situps/Crunches
2._______
3._______
4._______
5._______
Legs/Lower Body:
1.Squats
2._______
3._______
4._______
5._______
6._______
7._______
8._______
9._______
10._______
If this list is to be completed I think it would help many people.
If you know of any exercises please contribute.

Here it is: TAA

Dont slow down, just set your mind to it, move forward and in time you'll see yourself in a better shape. Personally, from my own experience, seeing myself toner only gives me more encouragement to keep moving forward.

With Best of Hope,
Rusty

Thanks for all the advise. I should be able to start next week as my doctor says my bone is now strong enough to exercise it.
