Ok I have been doing the full body workout for a week now and even after just one week I am seeing results. My weight isnt dropping a ton but my fat is definitely becoming less noticable. I have a few questions for the veterans though. I competed in an event this weekend call the most amazing race, based along the tv show. At one of the challenges was crossfit workouts. Basically I want to know if doing a full body workout 3 times a week and HIIT 2 times a week is better than doing crossfit 3 times a week and then doing HIIT 2 times a week. My main goal is to lose fat and weight, so the quickest and most efficient form of training is what I am looking for. Also correct me if I am wrong but I should be doing a lower/moderate weight with more reps for toning and losing weight on my full body workouts correct? Thanks guys
