Full body work out

I'm just getting into fitness and am looking for a full body workout or two.

I have access to a gym, but would prefer a routine that could be done at home using barbells, dumbell, resistance cords etc.

I only prefer a home method since i read somewhere that free weights are better since they workout stabilizer muscles. I am however open to going to the gym since it's only a 15 minute run. So I am looking for both a home routine and gym routine. Thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to help.

Welcome to the forum!

:D

This is the Body Weight Training section :p

There are stickies in the Weight Training section with loads of routines...I'd check those out.

Have fun and good luck!

If you need some directions feel free to PM me.

Hi, I recently started to attend to a gym, but I don't know if if I have to separate my routine in two (I can only go 2 times a week) or do the same stuff both days. Thanks in advance.

what routine or "same stuff" are you talking about? lifting vs cardio or something specific?

would definitely try and help but i have no idea what your talking about haha

Akira,

I would definitely suggest doing your workouts at the gym even if you dont use any of the equipment because theres definitely more room and its a better environment to work out in. that being said, what kind or results are you looking for? a full body workout that will burn off fat for weight loss or one that focuses more on building muscle?

your asking a very open question. theres a ton of different exercises that you could do for a full body workout. i dont think i could really suggest the best exercises to do for each muscle group but i could recommend maybe a routine to help you organize your exercises for best results.
