Weight-Loss Fruit smoothie question

I rarely have the time to wake up and make breakfast, so I often make fruit smoothies. They usually have some mixture of strawberries, rasberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, 1% milk, ice, and low-fat yogurt. I wondered if this sort of smoothie was at all healthy? Is there anything I should take out or could add to make it more so? Maybe some kind of protein? I've looked for whey, but those mixes are all chocolate or vanilla flavored, which doesn't sound good with fruit! Thoughts?

Thanks,

Justin

I find that adding a protein powder does not overpowr the taste of all the fruit, even if it is flavored. Use Greek yogurt, as it has WAY more protein if you don't want protein powder. I recently looked at Visalus protein shake powder and if I remember correctly, it comes unflavored and you can choose a flavor. You could use that plain. I have not used it, so I am not endorsing it, but it may be an option for you.
