fruit juice stopping my gains???

i have heard that something in fruit juices interferes with the transfer of protein into the bloodstream. is this correct?? :eek:
 
LOL where do you get your info from, I take fruit juice as a pre & post workout carb and I haven't ever heard anything like that. Don't worry about it man, theres tons of bogus info out there Id like to know who informed you about this.
 
ok; i heard it from the internet in an article about the vitamins and stuff being absorbed into your blood before the protein therefore delaying protein absorbtion or something...
