Sport Fruit for a meal

Is a small bowl of assorted fruit okay to eat as a meal? Raspberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, grapes, etc.

How many calories would you guestimate it to be at?

Its acceptable if you add some form of protein, around 20g worth. maybe a shake, maybe some cottage cheese, etc.

if you go to fitday.com you can put in the exact amount of fruit and it'll tell you how many calories/grams of carbs.
