Sport fruit and fibre

hi there. ok let me make my goal clear. im tryin to get abs like brad pitt. i no exercise and diet are essential for this. im 20 this year and have a good training regime (good cardio especially). im concerned about the cereal that im eating though. in the morning i have kellogs fruit and fibre with skimmed milk (2 bowls). and a couple of hours after my dinner i have 2 bowls of kellogs fruit and fibre with skimmed milk. is this really a good idea? should i replace the cereal with something else?

As many people would agree to me a good idea would be to eat Oat meal( Not the Instant Type) in the morning. You can get the Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal in the grocery store quite easily. Add some fruits for taste or maybe some splenda. Hope this helps. :)
