Sport Frozen vegtables?

Sport Fitness
I'm on a low-fat diet and always eating broccoli with my diner which is starting to get boring so I was wondering how good it is if I get some frozen vegetables. If that's not good enough which alternatives are good instate of broccoli for my diet?

Thanks

Spinach, green beans, asparagus, cauliflower, tomatoes...and the list goes on. Try mixing them up, I mix broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, green pepper, cauliflower, and asparagus together, half fry half steam sort of. Tastes great.

Order of Preference is

1 Fresh
2 Frozen
3 Tinned

The further down the list, the increased use of preservatives, salt and also the food loses nutritional value.

I've been using the steamfresh bags you buy frozen and microwave, they are actually ok but not as good as the real thing.

Bok Choi, it tastes fab. Boil it for about 2 mins, drain it then pour cold water over it. In a wok add a teaspoon of olive oil with some garlic and chilli flakes, let it heat up add the bok choi and then add a couple of tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce. Very tasty. Have it with some steamed or Bbq fish.:D

Thanks for the suggestions! I usually boil my vegetables but without oil but never put them on microwaves since it destroys most of the vitamins and won't do any good for my diet and how are peas? Are they any good?

Frozen is fine.
