My friend was thinking about buying this type of creatine supplement. NOX-CG sold for 130.0. It is considered and called creatine-Arginineglutamine. Does anyone know anything about this.

Waste of money. It's just a combo of creatine + arginine + glutamine, which if you still wanted to take (even though IMO they're a waste of time, except creatine) you could purchase all cheaper.

I echo Mreik's wise words. its overpriced, and the only thing in it that actually does ANYTHING BENEFICIAL is the creatine.

glutamine and arganine are pure hype.
