I'm looking at an easy cutting diet based based around fried rice (lots of veggies, egg, chicken breast). For example, cooking a lot of fried rice at the same time, eating it for numerous meals throughout the day (maybe 3 out of 6) and having a small amount of other foods to fill up the other meals. This would work well for my situation, college student with little time. Could you please give advice about this, suggest other foods that would be suitable for the other meals. Thanks in advance
