Then for those who want to, we do the challenge on Friday. Fridays the gyms are empty, and is the typical slip day.
This keeps us on course and fitness minded.
FFriday's challenge is "60 minutes of plank position"
they can be front, side, elbows, modified, even back planks- if you can pull that off
my plan is 3 min rotation plank x 20 sets
-- that is a 1 min front plank on arms, 1 min each side, with opposing arm straight up.
