Freyjadour: My Weight Loss Experience

Welcome to the forum, Freyjadour! I don't really have much advice, since I definitely don't have a problem with being skinny fat. haha, but wanted to say hi. I always recommend starting a diary in the diary section. It's a great way to get to know the members here, get support, and advice. :)
