fresh to training.fitness forum!

hey all, I just joined the forum today.
My name is Jason and I've been into working out for about two years, since I began to take classes in Pilates. Pilates has helped me to get into better shape, as well as improving my balance and stamina, and increasing my strength. I wish to gain muscle mass and use Pilates to help to build my body in addition to using weights. I look forward to making friends and making discussion with you guys here.
