I have recently started a workout routine and better eating habits. With that, I have been eating lots of vegi's and fruits too. However, I have been buying the frozen vegi's because they are easier to keep and cook (just put in water and microwave). Now, obviously Fresh vegi's are better, well, because they are fresh!
But am I at a huge disadvantage because I am eating frozen instead of fresh?
