Sport Fresh and Frozen vegetables

I have recently started a workout routine and better eating habits. With that, I have been eating lots of vegi's and fruits too. However, I have been buying the frozen vegi's because they are easier to keep and cook (just put in water and microwave). Now, obviously Fresh vegi's are better, well, because they are fresh!

But am I at a huge disadvantage because I am eating frozen instead of fresh?
 
you are going to lose some of the nutrients because they arent fresh. But you also lose nutrients cooking raw veggies as well. If you can, eat them uncooked but this may not be the most appealing. If you are going to cook them, i dont see a huge difference between fresh and frozen.

I personally try to stay away from packaged stuff as much as possible. Try to keep it natural if possible if you dont have to sacrifice convenience too terribly
 
I agree with junkfoodbad,fresh veggies are much better for you then frozen. Junkfood, I congratulate you on your weight-loss. But now you want to be able to enjoy your new body for years to come.The vitamins and nutrients will
be essential in longevity.....
