1) does anyone do regular fast walking (not jogging, nor running) ?
2) Does anyone here care about breathing development?
I have developed a routine of daily walking (about 2000 steps per round) at fresh air. The route goes through a park, which makes me think that it is a particularly pollution-free place for natural breathing. At the same time the landscape environment recreates my mind.
So far I have not noticed any improvements from this routine.
Is 1 round per day perhaps not enough? Should I watch my pulse and do I need a minimum?
Am I right to assume that fresh air will recreate my body better than room air?
Does anyone else use walking and breathing as a basis for mind recreation, perhaps in the body&mind section?
