Hi,
For those who don't know me, I recently crashed and burned big time, half way through week 2 of my Cohen's diet - after struggling with hunger each day. I've been away (diet free) at the beach for a holiday, and have got my head back together, and am determined to get back on track and lose this horrid extra weight I carry.
Though I struggled each and every one of those first Cohen's days, I lost the plot after coming home late, and tired, one night. No time or energy to cook. I want to stop this from happening again (not the situation, but my response to it).
So I figure, I need a supply of already cooked meals in the freezer - that are just a microwavable zap away from being ready to eat.
I would appreciate you sharing your favourite meal, that is freezable. I can only think of doing a casserole for dinner. Any other suggestions for meals that freeze well? - especially keen to have some ideas that would work as lunches.
Thanks so much,
Lily/Pumpkins
