I am tired of having no self control with food. I am tired of eating when I am not hungry. I am tired of my stomach sitting on my lap. I have a tube around my waist.

What I ate today:
Breakfast
2 small pancakes w/syrup and butter

Lunch
spinach
baby bell peppers
1 boiled egg

Dinner
honey baked ham
1 tortilla bread
noodles from Chix Noodle soup

2 oatmeal cookies


Lots of H2O
A pot of coffee

This is realllllllllly good for me. I am struggling right now. It's not been that long since I ate dinner. I am not hungry -MY appetite is strong right now. I want to fill my belly. I am not going to do it. Maybe I should find some vegetables.

Ok now I am eating some broth and carrots. This should fill me up with out all the cals.
 
Mate if you’re starving or even just really hungry you on the wrong “diet” fruit and veggies are really good and low in cals. Have a wonderful Christmas hun.

One of my biggest eating issues is that I eat all the time and go months without feeling true hunger signals.

I am starting over and focusing on learning why, how, and what I eat.



Breakfast:
Eggs


I cannot remember what else until I went to in-laws. I know I ate.

Candy from gingerbread house, not much

Dinner
A lot but I wore my tight pants and did not stuff myself. I wanted to keep on eating and gorge myself. So I ate the steamed broccoli instead of more honey ham and casserole and potato salad. NO sweet tea. H2O H2O

I did have 3 pc of pound cake and a piece of chocolate pie before we left. Ouch! I was not hungry.

Good:
I was hungry when I ate dinner
I did not pig out on candy
I ate too much of that yummy dinner but less than usual.

Bad:
All the cake.

Goals:
Add dairy to my diet
Eat small meals throughout the day to maintain BSLs, to train myself to eat in proportion, to be in control of my eating habits
Eat lots of veggies, lots less bread, meat, sweets,
Drink more water
Eat when I am hungry
Abstain from eating out of boredom, anger, need for stimulation
Exercise
Control my behavior
No diet soda

I can control myself
I feel better when my body is lighter.
 
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas, it doesn’t sound like you did to bad at all. Now wipe the slate clean in you head, it’s a fresh week and a fresh start. We are going to be awesome this year.

This may be a double post.

I went to parents' house Monday, Tues and this AM

I ate well on Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday night I overate and continued to eat past the point of feeling uncomfortable.


Today:
Nibbled breakfast and lunch

Dinner: not yet


Goal:
More vegetables
Less fatty processed food
Small meals
Stop eating due to anger frustration and boredom
Overcome short term failure
 
Sounds like you are making some really good progress. Keep up the good work!
