So the food ive been cooking has kinda been lacking in creativity and flavour.
So I recently went to Chapters book store to look at healthy cooking, cook books.

I found one called "Cooking Light, 350-Calorie Recipes"
All the recipes are 350 calories or less. And the calories also include the extras like, veggies, rice, pasta.... So its a well balanced meal.

Im pretty excited to start cooking, im making the 3 bean chili w/ sourcream at 180 calories per 1 3/4 cup!! But im gonna add some lean ground chicken to it, for some more protien!

So if anyone is looking for some good recipes/cook books, i DEFs recommend this book!

I'd say that's a great find!

Even eating 5 of those 350 calorie meals a day is only 1,750 calories...for those of us who do a 5-meal day. I'll have to keep an eye out for that. Thanks!
