Sport Found a good protein shake today

Sport Fitness
Was at Trader Joe's this afternoon (For those of you who don't have them, they've like a chain of organic/"botique" stores. good stuff!)

Anyway I went to grab a drink to go with my lunch and came across these...

I bought two of each Vanilla Creme and Frosty Chocolate. Have yet to try the vanilla but the chocolate one was pretty good. They don't seem to be too filling, and with only 170 calories they aren't the best for meal replacement, but wuld go great during the day with a snack, or pre/post work-out.

Thought I'd share my find with you guys. I haven't seen them before and thought others might like to know about them :)

What is so great about this protein powder? Looks like ANY other protein powder out there, except you don't include the ingredients (i.e. what KIND of protein is in this? whey isolate? casein? egg albumin? and how's it sweetened??)

ahh, I followed the Link...these are just run of the mill RTD shakes. I've drank a few. Better than Muscle Milk for sure, but pricey. They work in a pinch though. Add a handful of almonds and you have a P+F meal that will stick with you a couple hours.

Yea, they were like $2.29/ea, not cheap but I figured they were worth a shot anyway. I liked the fact that they have very low sugar and low carbs. I won't be buying them all the time but considering I'm not always able to run out and get a bite to eat with my job, they're a good way for me to get a good amount of protein during meals.
