Found a free guide

I found a free guide online the other day.

It's not bad and Im actually thinking of getting a program he suggests at the end. It looks pretty good. Has anyone had the chance to try it out? You need to get the guide to see it but yeah, it looks really good.

I just signed up for the newsletter. Heres what you get...

Simply a fancy portal page looking for referal dollars from Tony Venuto's book. I have heard it is a good book though. It seems odd there are soooo many such portal pages popping up now that lead to that website. Clickbank must be paying some good referal bucks. But, that said, Burn the Fat, feed the muscle is the guide it is leading you to. I havent read the book myself, but others here have claimed it is a very good source of info.
