I'm somewhat addicted to this forum thing. i'm on a computer repair forum, A car repair forum and now a health forum.
Well here is my dilema about a month ago I went to the doctors office because I was having problems breathing, And after the doctor ran his tests he told me that I needed to loose some weight about 1lb a week until I get to my oppropriate weight ratio.
l am 20years of age at 6'2" 260lbs. MY approximate body fat is at 31% and I have 80Lbs of fat on my frame My goal is to loose 50to60lbs.
I am at the Gym 5 days a week. I do weight lifting for 45minutes then I get on the treadmill for 20minutes.
I am currently enrolled at Bally total fitness and I am going to join weight watchers in a few weeks so hopefully I can slim down
