Here's another annoying one. Just last month I blew-out my knee while playing racquetball. So guess what the funniest thing in the world is??? OMG, it's just shattering the comedy world at an alarming rate.

It's just so f-in funny to call someone hurt "Gimpy". I mean, forget going to comedy clubs, don't bother watching late night with Conan...it's all about the Gimpy, and it just doesn't seem to be getting less entertaining.
The wife and I went out to dinner, and as I struggled to sit down and put my crutch down, my wife (unprovocated) tells the waiter "you can call him gimpy". If I wasn't so hungry I'd have walked-out right there and then. Newsflash; when someone has a torn mensicus and ACL injury, it just isn't very funny rubbing it in their face.
I'm only getting better to spite them all.....

I've been a bit busy the last week or so but how have the workouts been coming along Gimpy?
It's been about a month now, I'm walking around and even took a spinning class. My othropedic surgeon friend feels the ACL was fine, maybe strained a bit. The tear on the meniscus is the real trauma. Some 23 years ago it was torn pretty bad, now he feels this recent injury tore it the rest of the way. I can hear/feel it clicking around in there....if I can live with it, fine...otherwise they'll wanna scope my knee and clean it up.
As for JW, my response is torn between bite me or blow me.....I'll get back to you on it later.
