The other day, I was just speed walking on the treadmill for 5 minutes, break, 10 minutes, break, and then 5 minutes again. However, I forgot to stretch before and after! All I did before were 15 situps which weren't for stretching and 50 jumps. And after, I forgot to do ANY stretching! This was only once but I think my calves turned to almost all muscle.
