I know many who run on treadmills while listening to music. Since most who do it are obviously concerned about their health, please please please don't forget about the health of your ears!!!! If you get really fat, you can always loose the weight... If you go completely deaf, you are screwed.

"A Swedish study conducted on hearing loss and headphone use while exercising found that during aerobic exercise blood is diverted away from your inner ear and towards your limbs, nearly doubling your risk for inner ear damage and hearing loss. The same study recommends that headphone use while exercising is limited to half an hour a day at fifty percent volume."
