for the military

couldn't find suitable subforum for it.

the minimum requrements are:
- 8 stages of beep test
- 2x rope climb without touching the ground and without using legs
- 5x pull ups

how should i train for this requirements? as you can see it is concentrated more or less on arms power but i came to know that running is still the priority no1. 8 stages of beep test aren't that hard??

not just arms mate, you'll also need to works on the pectorals for the upper body stuff, try doing some weights and press ups. Abdorminals for the running and can also be used in upper body stuff sometimes, try '6 second abs', I find it really useful if I can't go out for a run
