ground pepper
salt

preheat oven to 325 deg
put seasoning on raw fillet and place in preheated oven.
Bake for 14 minutes or until you see the thin edges curl up slightly

serve with some steamed broccoli or carrots.

not a significant source of EFA's. It's almost all protein. which is good for a PPWO meal. Throw some brown rice in there and you are good to go

a fully stocked spice cupboard.

3lbs of lean beef, chicken, pork or what ever meat you want.
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
3 lobes of garlic
1 tbsp butter

Slice the beef into strips.
mince the garlic
Cut the peppers into inch sized strips.

Put the butter, soy sauce, water and garlic into the pan and heat it up.

Throw in the meat and peppers and slow cook it.

Wrap in romaine lettuce and have at it.
