Hello everyone, Hope you all find the strength and motivation to reach the goal you have all desired. I m set yet again on the weight loss journey. This is the 3rd time I want to lose the extra 20 pounds and hope I reach the goal and maintain it. I always reach my goal but after a few months or years, I fail to maintain it due to various stresses. This time I want to maintain it for my physical and emotional wellbeing. I want to be the same old me, with the same smile, same friendly nature but in a body to enjoy all the dresses I have only dreamed about. I have had a great group of friends who have always helped me achieve the goals I had set. But I have been made fun of my weight my whole life. Unintentionally, passively, this always comes around. Even though I joke about it, have proved myself I could lose the extra 20 pounds and be fit, yet here I am on this journey again. I want to be very honest with myself and achieve the goal I have set for myself now.

I have a target for June 1 by which I should lose the extra 20 pounds because I am starting a new level in my career(VERY EXCITED)!!!!
I am in a profession where I should be counselling people to follow healthy lifestyles. I want to look fit, wear exciting clothes(That I prefer) and have more confidence in myself( I am a highly confident person, to begin with).
I m starting GYM from tomorrow and will be on a balanced diet, cutting out the extra fat and carbs.
I will post my progress on a daily basis, pray I reach the goal.
Yes, we should dream big, no matter what, today I will set the dream as my goal, to enter the Hospital coming June in my fave blue dress, white coat and a steth !!!
 
1. Apple cider vineger with honey
2. Lunch- kale peanut salad, chappathi, salmon, banana stem with dal
3. tea with milk, no sugar
4. Another tea with no sugar
5. Dinner-Some almonds, papaya, dosa, veggies
NO GYM TODAY.
