For something serious...keep good thoughts please....

Please keep good thoughts for my kids tomorrow morning. They are both going in for surgery. the first at 6:45am, the second at 9:00am One right after the other. It is for oral surgery, and will be quite an ordeal for them...

Your positive energies will be much appreciated.....

Diane

AFFIRMATIVE, MOVING OUT.

:hug2:

OUCH. Positive thoughts being sent to the edge (that's apparently where you are -- funny, that's where I live, too).

Best of luck. Hope everything goes well.

What are they having done?

Wishing you luck x

Thanks :)

They can't go in for a normal dental apt. like most of us because of their autism and sensory issues, so they have to be put under. Aside from a cleaning, they have to extract a number of baby teeth that they have not been able to lose. Again, because of their sensory issues, they don't "wiggle them out" like most kids would, so some got imbedded in their gums after their adult teeth came in. They are going to xray, fill cavities, seal, and do some unrelated blood work also. (it's easier when they are out.)

My big concern is after..the pain, the recovery room, They don't understand what is happening so they don't usually react well. this is the second time they have had surgery (the first was at 1 year old).

Thanks for all the good wishes and blessings. Can never have too many :)

talk to you guys when we get back!

I assume it's over by now. Hope everything went well.

Oh, no, Dallen. These days you're pretty well stuck with them until you die. And certainly can't throw them away at that young age. In fact, I think there's probably a law against it or something, but I won't argue the point.

Still sending phenomenal cosmic power your way. The goods news for you? I have LOTS to send, and everything will be okay. :D

Thanks for all the good thoughts!

D-man did great. 1 cavity, two extractions (baby teeth), the cleaning, sealing, and blood draw. He was a real trooper and came out with flying colors.

C-man is having a bit of a rougher time. He had 3 cavities, 7 extractions (baby teeth), cleaning, sealing, and blood drawn. He is still crying and refusing drink or food, but obviously wants it. I think when the Motrin kicks in he'll probably drink. He is a bit more cognitively aware than D-man, so this was harder for him to deal with.

Thanks again! Been rough, but getting better :D

Glad things are going well. By tomorrow all should be alot better for them both!

Hope you are doing better too!
