For some reason i cant get out of the 150-160 zone?

Im 17 and 5'4, and im a boy. Ive been hovering around 153 to 159 for the pass month now and its starting to piss me off because for some reason now that i think im lighter i feel like i can eat more freely and all i end up doing is losing weight and gaining it quickly back by eating something bad.

I was 153 last week now im 159 again and im thinking about cutting the bull**** and just start getting down to the 140's cause im sick of being in this zone. I try to reward myself by eating more freely but that doesnt work. Ive slacked on running my treadmill cause of it, i stop running on my treadmill early at times cause i feel theirs no point in running since i ate so much food.

I went from 188 to 159 in about 2 months and im tryna get down to at least 143 and just stay around 143-150 for the rest of my life, which shouldnt be hard since i usually stay active.

This workout plan of running 5 minutes and walking for 5 minutes tends to really work and now that i have a sauna suit i should run off the weight quicker. I dont believe in eating small portions of stuff, to lose weight u need to sacrifice.

You answered your own question.

You're gaining weight back because you're eating more and doing less. a "reward" shouldn't be changing your lifestyle back to more "relaxed" ways... it should be letting yourself have that cheat meal, but keeping to your diet and workout the rest of the time.

You shouldn't worry about your weight. Worry more about your conditioning. Continue to eat healthy but maybe you are undereating and causing your metabolism to slow down. To find out your ideal calories intake a day you should multiply your weight times 10 and add 400-700 calories on how active you are. This depends if you sit around all day or you are moving around and doing things. Add another amount for your calories you burn on your run.

For example I weigh 173 pounds. 173*10 for resting heart rate=1730 calories. I am moderately active so I burn around 500 calories. I go on the bike and I add another 300 calories. 1730+500+300=2530 to sustain my weight. To lose weight I would have to subtract 20% of that. 2530*.8= about 2100 calories. 3500 calories=1 pound fat

Oh cause man when i get motivated to lose weight their is no stopping me. I mean i get on the craziest diets that are hard to stay with. I gotta go back to my diet though cause this past week since it was thanksgiving and all i kinda got addicted to eating Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and i gained some weight back which i didnt find surprising.

My diet consists of corn flakes with a bit of 2 percent milk for breakfast, a fruit for lunch, and a tuna sandwich with wheat bread, no mayonnaise added, just tuna with lemon and a bit of salt. And probably ill eat a salad with no dressing after that and then ill run a couple miles.

Thats how i drastically lost so much weight and i can lose another 20 pounds if i wanted to, i just gotta get on with this diet. And i found out my problem while running on the treadmill, i run on the treadmill like the belt is only 14 inches, lol.
