Hi everyone.
I've been trying to gain weight seriously for a few months now. And in that period I have searched and read a lot about supplements/weight gainers. I am 20 years (though I look 15), male and 40kg (88 pounds) and 5'4. My wrist and forearms are really small for my age, but that might be because I didn't drink milk my whole life until a few months back, and I've never had egg and very little meat in my diet. (Although other males in my family have somewhat medium to small wrist and arm bones)
My main problem is that I can't seem to increase my meals considerably. I have never ate as much as I should have all my life (which is the reason for me being underweight) Moreover, I live in a really hot environment on top of which my hostel room has no Air conditioning, so I need to drink lots of water, which usually fills my stomach instead of food. I have however added juices in my diet to add a bit calories. So I can increase my meals or quantity of each meal a little. I have started weight training exercises (with dumbbells) and its about time I get a good supplement to add some mass. I've finally decided to get either Cytosport Cytogainer or Ultimate Nutrition Real Gains (both Chocolate flavour). As I told you about my physique, so I won't mind adding a little bit of fat in my body (As I seriously lack it in places that it should be present), and I'll be having the supplement two times a day with 1/2litre milk. So which one of the two do you guys suggest will be best for my situation?
Also, I have tried really hard to find some detailed workout routines, but wasn't satisfied with any. I'll be really helpful if someone could tell me that too, specifying which exercises on which days, gap between each set, gap between each different exercise and stuff like this. I can do 5 (or 7) days a weak.
Thanks a lot.
