take a camera and start taking pictures of things that remind you of weight loss and fitness...
could be anything...
a picture of a steep flight of stairs - knowing you can climb those stairs with ease
a waterfall - (because it's my favorite quote -that a water fall starts with a single drop of water - and now look what it's become - weight loss and fitness improvement begin with a single change..nowlook where it can take you)
Maybe road signs with speed limits to indicate how many pounds you've lost.
Use your imagination... and take pictures with your eye... (and if you don't have a digital camera -those dispoable cameras don't do a bad job.. and you can get the pictures developed on disk
