Football Training

I'm 14 years old (15 in October)...
5 foot 6
100 pounds

I'm unbelievably skinny but looking to get a lot bigger this year.

My goals:
1) Weigh over 160 pounds by August 1st, 2008.
2) Start on the varisty football team as a WR (I'd be in 10th grade next year)

I'm planning to get signed up for the gym within the next two weeks and start going their within the next two weeks also. So... now I ask... what kinds of excersises do I need to do and to what extent? Thank you.

well if your gunna be wide i dont think you should be so concerned about bulking up as increasing speed and agility
i think you probly want to work on alot of core lifts

pullups,deads,squats,bench press, military press, power and clean, and snatch.
thats as far as i can help you in terms of improving ability thru weights
im sure having a fbw would help but you dont wanna over do it and gain too much muscle...
you should probably create yourself a routine for improving your 40 considering it can make or break any athletic career.
so you should have a running routine including sprinting and hills and plyometrics.
