Try a coach, CAT (Certified Athlete Trainer), or even a p.e. teacher as to your proper goals and workout locations, which in turn could lead you to a program developed for players of your proper caliber, skill and age.
Soccer styles differ over the world. You say you want to get fast? Fast sprinting? Meaning power, while not downplaying cardio-endurance. Or faster and lengthier for the 90 minutes as a whole? Which means strenuous cardio-development.
