Sport foods with high protein?

Sport Fitness
only thing I know of is Tuna, I have this about every other day, but I think I should have much more, I should have a high source of protein daily, correct?. any suggestions? If it makes a difference I'm mostly doing cardio to lose a beer belly, but I don't want to burn muscle.

Look at LV's grocery list.

You should have a complete protein source every meal.

EVERY kind of meat is protein: beef, fish, chicken, turkey, buffalo, shrimp....

eggs and cottage cheese are cheap sources too.

Fish, chicken, steak, cottage cheese, beef, etc. All meats are protein. You want to get protein with every meal.

Beans as well...kidney beans, black beans etc

Yes, these foods are high in protein however they are incomplete proteins, meaning they do not have a complete amino acid profile. One would need to mix the beans say with some sort of grain to create a complete amino acid profile.
