Sport Food!!

i am a 13 years old girl who weight about 127 lb and 5,2 ft tall. I am am having difficulty in plainning on a good diet because I am Thai. Most Thais people consume mostly rice and u know similary to those chinese food. Since it's hard to decide what to eat and what not to I am so so so stress!! And how much i should workout? ( I am joging for about 25 min a day usually).
 
Since you have to eat alot of rice i recomend that you drink plenty of water and only water meaning no soda. Also dont eat 2 hrs before sleep and dont eat after 8pm. for your diet try to stay away from greasy foods, fast food and sugar. Just try to consume a lower amount of rice if possible. Also keep up with the running
