Hello, I'm new here. I've been reading some of the threads and I was amazed at the great advice you guys give some of the other posters, so I decided to make a thread. I've good a pretty good work out routine and I just need help on what to eat. I'm looking to lose weight and fat. I weight 280 and my goal weight is 205.
Breakfast 6:30AM: 2 Whole eggs, Apple and green tea
Snack 9:30AM: Apple or Orange
Lunch 12:30PM: Chicken Salad with water and some veggies.
Snack: 3:30PM Granola Bar.
Work 2:30PM - 6:45PM
Dinner 7:00PM: Chicken, rice, veggies and water.
Gym 8:00PM - 9:30PM
PWO snack: ?????
I don't know if that's a good meal plan that's why I'm asking you guys for help.
Hopefully you guys can help me make one.Thank you very much
