Weight-Loss Food log.. does it look good?

Hey guys. Did a detailed food log for about 10 days. i would like some input on the good, bad and ugly.

here is another thread i have where you can get a bit of background

Monday 6/4/12

Breakfast:

1 banana

V8 fusion (70 cal)

Snack:

1 hardboiled egg

¼ cup Almonds


Lunch

1 ½ cup Micro greens and mixed greens

1 pack tuna creations (160 cal)

2 cups fresh fruit (Pineapple, Cherries, Watermelon, Peaches)


Dinner

1 cup lentils

1 cup cauliflower (steamed)

1cup Brussel sprouts (steamed)

8oz simply natural orange juice


Water intake: 70 oz

Exercise: 45 min
 
AIt seems your protein is really low. Also overall calories seem pretty low with a majority of your cals coming from carbs. What's your goal with this? Fat loss I assume? I think you could be doing much better for yourself. Post up some stats and goals and let's see is can tweak this for ya. Also ard you counting calories?
 
Overall fat loss/weight loss is my main goal. What in there is carbs? I can add a protein shake in there too if i need. I am open to any food. There isnt a food i dislike. Open to any and all suggestions.
 
AWell for starters I think you should be logging your food intake and keeping of the calories/macros your consuming. You should also determine your bmr with activity level factored in and use this as a base line for where your calories should be. Then you can make the necessary tweaks- the start of which being trading out some of those carbs for more lean protein.
