Food Journal Advice/Suggestions???

I need to implememt a food journal that really helps me stay on track and keeps me consistent.
I'm on the go all the time, which makes it extremely difficult to keep track of what I eat and drink.

Any suggestions?

This sections is meant for you to keep a training log. But to answer your question, I like Fitday.com. Other options are TheDailyPlate.com, SparkPeople.com, and Nutridiary.com
 
You could also start an excel spreadsheet and just track each meal and the calorie amount with each one so you have some sort of tracking. I started a journal and have (when I remember to post it) listed my work out and my eating log...kill two birds with one stone.
