I have been lifting for a couple months now and have made great gains, but i want to go to the next level. This is why ive decided to change my crappy diet. I usually eat cereal for breakfast, fast food or whatever i can find at home for lunch, and whatever my parents make for dinner. I am 5'9" 127 lbs and i want to eat healthier foods and feed my muscles. Could you guys give me some ideas of things i can buy at the store that are pretty cheap? I have a job but i cant spend all my money on food. Thanks for the help.
