Sport food for muscle and energy

just wanted some opinions on the types of food i should be consuming if i want to loose some body fat. I also dont want to take any suppliments.

well, one supplement you should still take, is a daily multivitamin, just to cover the nutrients that your diet might lack.

as for foods, browse and search. we answer 'what should I eat' nearly every day.
