Sport food/drinks that stimulate the brain!

anybody know of some crazy energy food/drinks or brain stimulants that's bound to provide lots of energy for 4-5 hours? i have sats coming up in a few months and i need to be prepared in every aspect. as of now.. i'm definitely going to eat some complex carbs in the morning for the sustained flow of energy (along with eggs/ham) and prabably bring some almonds or something to munch on during the breaks. can nybody suggest some other food or drinks for breakfast/snack/etc that'll help? how many grams of carbs do people suggest for breakfast as to prevent fatigue during the test? lastly.. do energy drinks such as red bull help? thanks!!
 
the LAST thing I'd do before an SAT is take a stimulant. You need to be focused, not bouncing off the walls.
eat a proper breakfast, adn a good night's sleep the night before.
