Good morning to everyone! This is my first post but I have been checking out this awesome site for a few weeks now. I, like many of you, have tried lots of different diets/excersize routines/diet pills to no avail. In fact my struggles with weight have been with me for as long as I can remember. I have generally been a healthy eater but have battled against intense food cravings which were always my downfall. So, about three weeks ago I decided to cut out all gluten from my diet and was amazed at the effect. Suddenly food cravings were not my every thought. Then last week a friend told me about food combining and I started experimenting with it on Thursday of last week. The results so far are pretty amazing! I have lost inches in my hips, waist and lower abs and I feel great. I wouldn't say that it's an easy diet if you're not already a somewhat healthy eater but if cravings are what get you down then you might be in luck with this. I am more than happy to share more of my experience with anyone and there are several great websites about food combining, just google it and look around. Also: just wanted to add that I tried WuLong tea (I've seen it discussed on this forum) for three months and saw NO change with my weight or inches.
